Lisa D. Taylor
Born in Rockford, Illinois, Lisa D. Taylor was raised by a single mother who, through her motivational speaking, inspired women to work on their self-image focusing on education, diet and nutrition.
With her mother as a role model, Lisa witnessed first-hand the positive impact one individual could have on another. Despite raising two active sons of her own, Lisa opened her home to four girls from troubled circumstances. With Lisa’s care and nurturing, three out of the four girls graduated from high school with honors and one continued on and graduated from college. Currently, both sons and two daughters hold down jobs, have started their own businesses and have purchased their own homes.
Lisa supplemented her college education by attending a series of seminars and
networking with business owners throughout the community. While doing so, Lisa encountered individuals desiring to better themselves and give back to their communities; however, completely unaware of where to begin. Lisa began tapping into her talents for bringing people together, utilizing her ever-expanding network and database resources, to help those seeking assistance. Lisa is living in the Citrus Heights and Sacramento area where she has been active in several community organizations for over 30 years.
